How long do I have to return or exchange?

You’ve got 14 days from the day your order lands to request a return or exchange.

What can I return?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags still on)

No returns on final sale items or gift cards.

How do I start a return/exchange?

Email support@everything1kmerch.com with your order number + reason.

We’ll send you instructions on where to ship it back.

Once received and checked, we’ll issue your refund, store credit, or exchange.

Do I pay for return shipping?

If the mistake is on us (wrong item, damaged item) → we cover the cost.

If it’s a regular return (didn’t fit, changed your mind) → you cover return shipping.

When will I get my refund/exchange?

Refunds: 5–10 business days after we confirm your return.

Exchanges: We’ll ship out your replacement as soon as your return clears.

International Returns

If you’re outside our local base, you can still return/exchange, but note that international return shipping costs are on you.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Rey Theme from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
